Summer is here, and it’s time to get your groove on! Our 45-minute dance workout is the perfect way to get your heart pumping and your body moving. We’ll be dancing to some of the most iconic ballroom dances, including the twist, jive, swing, cha cha, and foxtrot. Our expert instructor Erin Kaya, owner of Aurora Ballroom will guide you through every step of the way, so even if you’re a beginner, you’ll be able to keep up. Plus, with our high-energy playlist and fun atmosphere, you’ll forget you’re even working out! So don’t be shy, come join us and swing into summer!
