Our 14-Day Beginner Reset is a gentle, supportive way to ease into healthy habits that will help you feel better, stronger, and more energized—without feeling overwhelmed. We’ll guide you every step of the way with simple meal ideas, beginner-friendly workouts, and a community to cheer you on! Get all that is offered in the regular program below but at a BEGINNER LEVEL.
Learn the Fuel Foundations
 Intro to All Class TypesÂ
You’ll get a hands-on intro to everything Fuel offers:
Spin: Learn how to set up your bike and ride with confidence.
Strength: Practice proper weightlifting form and feel strong doing it.
Barre: Discover the fun (and burn!) of barre with a breakdown of the small movements that make a big impact.
This program will include 4 private classes just for our beginner group as well as 14 Days of classes included on the regular schedule. – Try strength, spin, barre, and interval workouts designed to meet you where you are. Our instructors will help you feel comfortable and confident.
No experience needed!
