Amy is a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer bringing a background of 15 years of experience in the group fitness industry. She work with clients of all ages and fitness levels, with a focus on building strength, improving movement, and creating sustainable habits. Amy’s specialties include strength training, functional fitness, and helping clients master proper form in a safe, supportive environment. She prioritize technique and injury prevention, making sure every session is both effective and aligned with your goals.

Amy believes in the mind-body connection, the power of fueling your body well, and the importance of accountability. Her goal is to support sustainable, long-term progress through structured, effective training that meets you where you are. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to level up, Amy is here to help you stay accountable and push past your limits.

Amy is available to train Friday, Saturday and Sunday for individual or partner training.
