Fuel started with just one outdoor boot camp and we’re bringing it back to where it all began. There’s nothing like fresh air, sunshine, and moving together as a community to kickstart your fitness journey.   Join Shannon Healy and Julie Bokat every Monday & Thursday. 

If you’re ready to take that first step toward getting in shape, this 4-week program is for you. All levels of fitness welcome! Good energy, great people, and a fun way to build strength and confidence.
Enjoy some of the most beautiful views in Newburyport while getting your workout in, it doesn’t get much better than that.
Bring water and we’ll supply the bands!
