Julie is most passionate about helping women, men, and teens make fitness and healthy eating a part of their daily routine. She feels fortunate to have the opportunity to encourage and inspire the Fuel community daily. At the age of 15, Julie started running and exercising daily and has never stopped. For her, exercise has always been both a physical and mental experience. Most days, you can find Julie at Fuel, personal training, nutrition coaching, teaching, and taking classes — or out running with her dog Asa.
Julie is an AFAA certified personal trainer and spin instructor as well as a NASM certified nutrition coach and Design Your Life coach. She also teaches Boxing, Cycle Shred, Weight Lifting, Tabata, and various interval training classes.
What people don’t know about Julie is that she has her master of fine arts degree in Painting from the University of Pennsylvania.
