Fuel’s Half Marathon Run Club

This training will get you ready to run the Harborside Half Marathon + 5k on November 13th. Time to get out and RUN with Fuel’s AMAZING coach and running expert Phil Bean. We will also have some select coaching dates with Meagan King.
This training will meet at the studio in Newburyport, located at 22 Graf Road, Sunday mornings at 7:30 am. In order to participate, you must have a basic fitness level and already be able to jog/run 3 miles three to four times a week.
The key to getting ready to finish a Half Marathon is the long run, progressively increasing in distance each weekend. Over a period of 9 weeks, your longest run will increase from 3 to 10 miles. You will be given a program to follow during the week which includes rest days, cross-training, and more running.
