Are you new to exercise, just getting back into a routine, or looking for a slower-paced and more basic introduction to the classes we offer at Fuel? Then this series is for you! In our four-week sampler series, we offer you a chance to try some of the classes at Fuel in a relaxed environment, including Cycle, TreadShred, Strength + Stretch, and more!
Our instructors assist you in modifying, correcting, and perfecting your form and recognizing the best pace for you. We know how intimidating stepping outside of your comfort zone can be, and we are here to help you every step of the way for the next four weeks. The support you will experience at Fuel will ensure your success in the program. We not only show you the basics of exercise, but we will also give you nutrition tips along the way.
WHAT TO BRING
Please carry in a clean pair of sneakers and bring a mat if you have one as well as your water.
