5 TIPS FOR EXERCISE SUCCESS!
Set yourself up to meet your exercise goals. Here are 5 simple tips to help
make exercise a daily routine. Once you get these steps in place on a regular basis, then WOHLAA! A great habit is created!

- Put your clothes and sneakers out the night before or if you are going from work, pack a gym bag the night before. Make a small checklist and leave it in your bag so you are sure not to forget anything. It’s hard to work out if you leave your sneakers at home. : )
- Make a date with a friend or family member to meet at a class or go for a run or bike ride. Harder to back out if you have somebody waiting for you.
- Sign up for a class and put it in your calendar. Make it official, log it in as an appointment.
- Tell somebody what class you are taking or what route you will be going on your bike ride. Post the class you signed up for on social for a little accountability.
- Pack a small snack the night before so it is ready if you are going to an early morning class or you are going after work. This way you won’t talk yourself out of going because you are starving and don’t have the energy.
