Ann Tsuji Shares Her Experience Working With Fuel’s Nutrition Coach, Julie Bokat!
A fun summer of extra treats, fun new cocktails, and missed Fuel classes left me in bad shape. I was struggling in my new job and exhausted from the stress. I needed a hard reset and signed up for 12 sessions of nutritional counseling with Julie.
Julie started with a baseline assessment and helped me set realistic weight loss goals. I tracked my daily habits and it became obvious that my lack of sleep was a root cause of my anxiety, poor food choices and high stress. I began tracking my sleep and we added increased sleep to my weekly goals. The weekly goals helped me build towards meeting my bigger goals and see progress.
Julie helped me sustain weight loss, changes to my diet, and a new exercise routine. I learned to sleep more and how to manage my work stress. I also learned to not do everything on my list and set aside time to plan for success. The nutritional counseling was so much more than I expected and now I have the tools to keep up the work. Working with Julie was the best decision ever!
