INSPIRATION
Inspiration comes from within. It is that driving force that is created inside of you. You can also be inspired by others to want to work harder at your job or even while you are working out. It might be the person standing next to you or it could be the instructor standing in front of you. What inspires you? What makes you get up at 5 am to work out? What makes you pack your cycle shoes and workout clothes in the car before work and come directly to the studio to get your class in before going home? What is your why that gets you going every day? Maybe it is for health reasons or an event you are getting ready for or maybe, just maybe it just makes you feel good for the rest of the day. Ali teaches Cycle Shred on Tuesday nights at Fuel. This is what inspires her daily…Please share with us what inspires you each day. We want to hear! Write up a post on your Insta or FB and tag @fueltrainingstudio, #inspiration!
“What inspires me to come to the studio regularly as a client is remembering why I started. Although I’m an instructor and it seems like I’m at Fuel all the time, I do slip up and self-sabotage at times. It’s human nature, we’re all buried under daily responsibilities and maybe a few post-Covid habits to kick (ouch). Journaling my values, goals and holding true to my ‘why’ keeps me on track. Then, once I’m at 22 Graf, seeing my favorite people work toward a healthier version of themselves motivates me to continue coming back and I absolutely feed off of the energy in the room when I’m instructing you! There are 24 hours in a day. Which one will you set aside to do something good for yourself?”
