This form of “controlled chaotic” Breathing Meditation is meant to assist you in moving stagnant or stuck energy through your physical body and chakra system. Becoming “unstuck” allows a myriad of positive benefits to take place within your physical, emotional and mental bodies. This powerful practice continues to open the hearts and minds of all who experience this rare style of breathing. When accessing and controlling your Prana or Life Force Energy, all emotional and physical traumas, whether big or small that have been held as memories in your cells are able to be shifted and healed. This is one of the greatest self-healing modalities as it may help to reverse any DIS-EASE(s) in your Koshas. While laying down comfortably and still, the deep rhythmic breaths and internal energetic movements occur. This practice is indescribable and deeply personal to each and every individual.
Darielle has taught for over a decade from studios in LA to NY and global retreats. She is one of only a few certified teachers nationwide that lead this specific style of Breathwork, known as Evolved Breathing.

Let’s talk about Tetany:
-About 30-50% of people who try Breathwork will experience a mild to intense cramping in their hands, feet and mouth
-Tetany will not harm you and it will go away
-Energy releases from your head, hands and feet so Tetany is actually a very good thing as it is a physical marker for how much energy you are moving
– The energy will feel “stuck” right before it leaves your body
-The more you breathe, the easier the energy will flow and the lighter you will feel!

How to prepare for deep breathing with me:
-Wear comfortable, loose clothing
– Be prepared to be lying down on a yoga mat the entire session except for opening and closing meditation when you will be sitting up
-Bring your personal water bottle, chapstick for your lips and do NOT have a full stomach
-Have a thin pillow or blanket for underneath your head and bring blankets for your body
*Refrain from alcohol or mood altering substances, excessive caffeine and please eat only a light meal prior to Breathwork.
*This class is NOT for pregnant women and you must be 18 or older to attend.
