Easy Egg Roll Recipe

This makes an easy fast healthy meal.

Sauté shredded carrots extra firm tofu or chicken with fresh garlic and ginger with a splash of tamari. Put the sautéed ingredients in a egg roll sheet. (you can find these in your local grocery store usually in the produce area)

Spray a pan with olive oil and lightly brown on each side. There are only 20 calories in one egg roll sheet.
