Join us for the first Fuel Summer Shape Up – Fuel Well, Feel Well!
Who’s ready for a 21-day program that will encourage you to make healthy food and lifestyle choices and create a sense of overall well-being, along with a whole lot of FUN? We will provide a hands-on accountability approach to both exercise and nutrition for 21 days. The program includes 3 round table discussions both in person and virtually on Zoom led by Fuel’s health and wellness coaches, Melissa O’Brien and Jodi Field, who will be on board to support you through the nutrition aspect of the program. All participants will be divided into teams led by Fuel coaches Julie Bokat, Jeanne Carter, and Jessie Reardon who will guide, support, and mentor you through a healthy and sustainable transformation incorporating movement and an 80/20 eating approach! There will be a handful of fun and friendly competitions to keep you excited and motivated for the 21 days. This challenge is meant to help you become your own advocate and hold accountability for yourself when navigating your health and overall well-being.
