cycle/barre/tread indoors

Just in case you missed the last email…YES, YES, YES, after over a year of mostly having our studio doors shut, we are opening them wide for cycle, cycle shred, barre, and treadshred.
For everyone’s safety and comfort, there are a few things you need to know.
NEW WAIVER
With some of our updated policies comes an updated waiver for our clients. If you have not yet signed the new waiver (updated on 5/24/21) please take a moment to do so. We know this is a bit tedious but you will only have to do it once. You can easily access the waiver by clicking here, log in, ignore the first pop-up, then sign up for a future class. Once you attempt to sign up for a future class, the liability waiver will pop up.
VAX CARD
If you would like to remove your mask during an indoor session, please provide us with proof of vaccination. You can either email, text, or show Julie, Jessie, or Jeanne your card at any time. If you plan on showing us this right before you attend a class, please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early. You will only have to show it one time and it will be put on record. If a booster is required we will ask you for it again once that happens.

INDOOR CLASSES
Please enter the studio for indoor classes through the main doors into the lobby and wait to be checked in at the desk.
You will need to continue to wear your mask in all common areas of the studio (lobby, hallway, and bathrooms). Once you are at your exercise station, those who have shown proof of vaccine may remove their masks.
We will be opening our cycle classes to 52% capacity while we transition indoors.
For cycle shred classes please bring your own mat or towel as well as a set of heavier dumbbells if you have them.
Please note towel service will not be provided initially as we transition into the studio.
FOR THOSE WEARING A MASK DURING AN INDOOR SESSION
Please keep your mask covering your nose and mouth for the duration of class. If your comfort level shifts and you decide you would like to remove your mask during an indoor session, please do so at the beginning of your next class, instead of in the middle of a class.
Indoor classes begin Saturday, May 29th and our booking window is back to it’s 7-day period so sign-ups are live! We cannot wait to sweat with you soon.
