ARE YOU READY?
We can’t wait to show you what kind of fall fun we are going to have for the FALL SHAPE UP CHALLENGE.
Who’s ready for a 21-day program that will encourage you to make healthy food and lifestyle choices as well as create a sense of overall well-being? This is going to be a whole lot of fun! We will provide a hands-on accountability approach for both exercise and nutrition for 21 days.
SOIREE
The program includes 3 round table soirees both in person and virtually on Zoom led by Fuel’s health and wellness coaches, Melissa O’Brien and Jodi Field. Both Jodi and Melissa will be on board to support you through the nutrition aspects of the program.
COFFEE TALK
This will allow you to get all your nutrition questions answered in person on our 80/20 eating approach. There will be several sign-ups both before and after classes to sit down and ask questions and have Melissa and Jodi look over your food journals.
TEAMS
All participants will be divided into teams led by Fuel coaches Julie Bokat, Jeanne Carter, and Jessie Reardon who will guide, support, and mentor you through a healthy and sustainable transformation incorporating movement and accountability.
FUN
We will have a handful of fun and friendly competitions and prizes to keep you excited and motivated for the 21 days. This challenge is meant to help you become your own advocate and hold accountability for yourself when navigating your health and overall well-being.
NUTRITION CONNECTION
Regular emails will be distributed on tips for healthy eating and you will have the opportunity to connect with Jodi and Melissa with any questions you have via, text, phone call, or email throughout the program.
CLASSES
You will have access to 21 days of classes at any time frame, 7 days a week.
PERSONAL TRAINING SPECIAL FOR PARTICIPANTS:
$50 for 30 mins with your team coach to be used within the 21-days.
